Five Justice Secretaries over six years promised, yet failed to deliver a Victims’ Bill. Our broken justice system is letting victims down, criminals off the hook and victim confidence in the system has been decimated.

The UK Government has finally listened to our calls and launched a consultation to better understand victims’ experiences of the justice system and consider how to make improvements and restore confidence.

Please have your say by responding to the consultation, which closes on the 3rd February.
