We respect your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy sets out details about the way we process personal data that we collect from you and how we may use your information.

This privacy policy tells you how we, Anna McMorrin’s office, will collect and use your personal data to respond to your request for assistance.

Why does Anna McMorrin’s office need to collect and store personal data?

In order for us to provide you with assistance in your query we need to collect some personal data. Anna McMorrin has a right to make a copy of the electoral register as part of discharging her duties as an elected Member of the UK Parliament. The includes the full name and address of every registered elector and Anna may write to you in connection with her activities as an MP.

Will Anna McMorrin’s office share my personal data with anyone else?

When Anna takes up casework on your behalf, it may be necessary to share the details you provide with government departments, local authorities and other public bodies. Anna will only share as much information as is necessary to take your case forward. If you have any questions or concerns about how information you provide as part of a casework request is used, please contact the Data Protection Officer for more information.

Other than in the circumstances above, Anna will not share personal information with other organisations without your explicit consent.

In order to communicate with you about the work as the MP for Cardiff North Constituency, it may be necessary for Anna to transfer personal information to countries or jurisdictions outside the EU. In each case, Anna will take steps to ensure that the suppliers comply with the General Data Protection Regulation or are subject to the Privacy Shield scheme agreed between the European Union and the United States.

How will Anna McMorrin’s office use the personal data it collects from me?
